750 Liter EuroStacker™

The EuroStacker™ is designed to take advantage of a smaller height to than the standard 800 Liter EuroContainer™ to allow for shipment of two empty containers stacked in a truck for return to the filling facilities.*  This provides for a tradeoff of container turns for efficient backhaul of empty containers.  The design takes advantage of the latest design technology to provide for container stability and integrity of the container body.

The American Model of the 750 Liter EuroStacker™ has several features which makes it attractive to aseptic packers who focus on quality, cost and efficiencies.

Feature	Benefit
Fully welded ring	The U shaped legs are fully welded to a base which attached to the body of the container.  The body of the container sits in the base, similar to an egg in an egg carton.  Through this design the integrity of the body of the container is maintained. Through this feature the pressure of the legs is shared equally on the base of the container rather than to the location of individual leg attachments.  The ring is fully welded, not stitch welded as many containers produced by ATA competitors, this fully welded feature provides for security and stability. This extra measure of quality allows for greater stability of the container wall where weakness would otherwise occur where the legs attach to the body of the container.
Stackability	The EuroStacker™ is designed for stacking two high in return of empty containers via trucks to filling facilities.  (Care must be taken on truck width and insulation to ensure freight efficiencies.) The EuroStacker™ is designed to be stackable with other designs popular in the America's.  This allows the EuroStacker™ to be integrated into existing fleets with seamless utilization of warehouse and yard space.

*Width of trucks varies depending upon insulation and
therefore attention must be paid to the trucks you utilize
for backhauling empty containers.
